I would like to express my gratitude for your fine work at our conference this week at Palace Cinema Como. I had nothing but wonderful feedback on the quality and the presentation of the food. We haven’t often had caterers on site for the food service, but your ability to read the room during the daytime food services was a great advantage and I was always aware that you were watching the crowd and replenishing food as needed.
